No rush :
Always remember one thing not to pressure your guests for attending the event. Because on these kinds of wedding a lot of money to be needed so guests have to think these things as well
Always give more options for your guests to find a accommodations according to their budget.
Entrust :
Consider hiring a wedding planner or coordinator :
They are working throughout the world to assist couples.
Provide help :
Some guests can be really autonomous, some not… To escape same queries over and over, designing a wedding website as a guidebook to give helpful informations.
Redirect people to it will save you a lot of energy and time.
During the Day, let people know who’s in charge, wedding planner, ushers, bridesmaids, best man…
